Lazy Ice Cream Recipe April 21 2015
With spring here (and summer just around the corner), ever thought about making homemade ice cream with Bud’s Best CACO Chocolate Crèmes?

- 1 15 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 3/4 gal milk (approx.)
- 3 cups crushed Bud's Best CACO cookies
Combine condensed milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and whipping creme together in a mixer until thoroughly blended. Pour into a gallon ice cream freezer, add crushed cookies, and then pour milk to within one inch of the top of the freezer. Turn on ice cream freezer and follow manufacturer instructions.
Makes 1 gallon of very smooth and delicious ice cream.
